Frequently Asked Questions

Is my health data secure?

Yes. All your data is stored exclusively on your device using AES-256 encryption. We don't operate any servers that store your health information. Your data never leaves your device.

Do I need an internet connection to use the app?

The core features work completely offline. Recording, transcription, and AI summarization all happen on your device. Some optional features like enhanced medication information may use an internet connection if enabled.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual records within the app, or delete all data by uninstalling the app. Since your data is only stored on your device, uninstalling removes everything completely.

Can I export my health records?

Yes. You can export your appointments, medications, and other health data in standard formats (PDF, CSV) from within the app.

What devices are supported?

myHealthCopilot is available for iOS (iPhone) and Android devices. For optimal AI performance, we recommend devices with Neural Engine (iPhone) or newer Android devices with NPU support.

How does the transcription feature work?

When you record a healthcare visit, the audio is transcribed using Whisper AI running directly on your device. The transcription is then summarized using on-device AI (Apple Intelligence on iOS, Gemini Nano on Android). No audio or text is sent to any servers.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please contact us through the App Store or Google Play Store with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS/Android version. Screenshots are helpful if applicable.
